The warehouse of the future is equipped with our autonomous robots instead of forklifts and our Atlas 2D pallet shuttles or tote shuttles that allow for high-density storage (no wasted space).

Location:  Adairsville, GA United States

Job Description

This critical operations role ensures efficiency within the warehouse with responsibilities to:

Create deliveries using the required shipment & loading parameters.

Monitor status of inbound/outbound deliveries.

Point of contact for inbound and outbound drivers.

Check the inbound and outbound delivery/shipment numbers and record in appropriate system

Problem solves discrepancies.

As operations progress, they inform and pass on loading information to the loaders.

Manage all administrative tasks related to inbound/outbound.

Continuous follow up with all inbound/outbound loads and documentation.

Confirm that the merchandise is properly secured (strapped) on the truck.

Responsible for verifying that the delivery note matches the merchandise loaded, based on scanning.

Delivery/Loading schedule in SAP indicating the shipments to be loaded

Delivery/Loading document

CMR (international consignment note)

End-of-shift document

Verbal instructions from supervisors

Written instructions regarding safety, quality, storage/stacking, cleanliness & waste, and detailed scanning procedures available on SharePoint (toolbox meetings + work instructions)

5S audit guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

Knowledge of the warehouse

Forklift license (front, retractable, side loader)

Product knowledge

SAP transactions to track deliveries/shipments

Warehouse procedures

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to calculate floor space in meters and weight distribution on the truck

Internal tractor license for moving trailers

Visitor and parking management software (Peripass) and communication tools with carriers

Downloading and recording picking photos
