RECEIVING CLERK - WH
Adairsville, GA
PAY: $22/hourly
SHIFT: 1st (6:00a-2:20p)
This critical role ensures efficient coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, supporting smooth warehouse flow and accurate shipment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Coordination
- Create deliveries using required shipment and loading parameters
- Monitor the status of inbound and outbound deliveries
- Act as the main point of contact for inbound and outbound drivers
- Verify delivery and shipment numbers and record them in the appropriate systems
- Track all shipments and ensure timely follow-up on loads and documentation
Documentation & Systems Management
- Manage all administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving
- Maintain and update delivery/loading schedules in SAP
- Prepare and verify key documents, including:
- Delivery/loading documents
- CMR (international consignment notes)
- End-of-shift reports
- Follow written procedures available in SharePoint (safety, quality, scanning, storage, and waste handling)
Loading & Verification
- Communicate loading instructions to warehouse loaders as operations progress
