Job description

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Will supervise and lead a large team of Warehouse Specialists in performance of contract requirements. Perform weekly inventory check using Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS); process and schedule Xerox paper orders and shipments using Maximo system; schedule daily work orders for Issue, Transfer, and Turn-in of Xerox paper and office furniture; use material handling equipment (MHE) to move furniture; train staff and enforce company and OSHA safety guidelines; utilize warehouse equipment forklift, cherry picker, walk behind jack, and riding pallet jack to place Xerox paper and office furniture on steel beam racks for storage until ready for shipping; keep and maintain a digital and paper copy of all inventory, DD-1150, DD-1348, and Enterprise Supplies and Services Tracking System (ESSTS); track and record monthly work orders, inventory, Xerox paper orders using Microsoft Excel; train new hires on material handling equipment, ESSTS, and Maximo; order shipping materials, office supplies, xerox paper, and MHE Equipment. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations,
  • Proficiency with the following systems: Maximo, ESSTS, DPAS
  • Excellent customer relations skills required
  • Active security clearance required
  • Excellent leadership skills a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
