MANAGER, WAREHOUSE – RAMSEY, NJ

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Manager, Warehouse to lead all warehouse operations at our Ramsey, NJ facility, including receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, shipping, and material movement. You'll own inventory accuracy, drive on-time delivery, and keep materials flowing efficiently to support our manufacturing teams and customers. You'll lead and develop a team of warehouse professionals, maintain inventory integrity in our ERP system, and partner closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead, develop, and support a team of warehouse supervisors, leads, and staff.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, kitting, staging, and shipping operations.
  • Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and ERP transaction integrity.
  • Maintain material traceability and support ISO 13485 audit readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean and 5S initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Progressive warehouse or materials management experience, including several years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated industry is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The salary range for this role is $91,501–$114,377, based on experience and qualifications.
