Job description

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing REUZEitโ€™s projects, coordinating with clients and partners across the Bay Area, and ensuring that project activities are executed efficiently and to a high standard. This role will involve frequent client interaction, site visits, and close collaboration with internal departments to drive project success and client satisfaction.

Objectives are as follows:
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Bay Area clients and logistics partners, positioning REUZEit as a trusted service provider
  • Project Execution: Ensure timely, high-quality execution of project deliverables, from initial inquiry to completion.
  • Growth: Contribute to business development efforts by generating leads and expanding client use of REUZEit services.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming project inquiries, coordinating responses and scheduling site walkthroughs.
  • Develop comprehensive Scopes of Work and detailed project estimates.
  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Handle project-specific insurance requirements and billing documentation.
  • Foster relationships with key client stakeholders to encourage service usage across client sites.
  • Attend networking and industry events to support business growth and expand client base.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of REUZEitโ€™s service offerings to effectively represent the brand to clients.
  • Identify potential leads for the Director of Business Development.
  • Oversee field team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, and Client Services teams regarding project-related equipment logistics.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team on project billing and collections.
  • Travel for projects outside the Bay Area and, occasionally, out of state.

Reporting:
  • You will report to the Director of Business Development and Client Services
Qualifications:
  • Education- The ideal candidate has a relavent degree and/or formal certificate in project management and planning. Not requirement.
  • Service- 2+ years of โ€œhands onโ€ experience with providing excellent service, onsite, for business/enterprise clients.
  • Equipment- Knowledge and experience of warehouse equipment, forklifts, 26th foot box truck.
  • People Skills- Proven ability and experience in working with high level clients, manage sub-contractors and on-site vendors.
  • Technical skills-Proven ability to use project management tools and methods to convey project plans to clients and internal and expternal teams.
