Warehouse Associate โ€“ Build Your Career in a Growing Distribution Leader | Marietta, GA

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading U.S. distributor of plumbing supplies, PVF, waterworks, fire & fabrication products, and HVAC/industrial solutions to hire a dependable Warehouse Associate . This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports the flow of critical materials across industries.

At a Glance

  • Location: Marietta, GA (Onsite)

  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 7:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM (overtime may be available)

  • Pay Rate: $21.50/hour

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, youโ€™ll play a vital part in daily operationsโ€”ensuring orders are accurately picked, prepared, and shipped while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, value teamwork, and are eager to grow within a stable, industry-leading organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency

  • Operate warehouse equipment including cherry picker and sit-down forklift

  • Receive, inspect, stage, and stock incoming materials

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards

  • Assist with occasional customer interactions and order support

  • Follow all work orders and safety procedures carefully

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of recent warehouse experience

  • At least 6 months of cherry picker experience (comfortable at heights of 15โ€“25 feet)

  • Ability to read and interpret work orders

  • High School Diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, twisting) throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sit-down forklift experience

  • Background in shipping, receiving, inventory, or general warehouse operations

  • Strong work ethic with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
