Job Summary
As the Production Supervisor at RWB Thrift, you will play a vital role in supporting the Production Manager and overseeing daily operations in the production room. You will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and meet production goals. Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
  • Supervise daily operations in the production room, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for processed merchandise, ensuring items are prepared for sales floor according to company guidelines.
