Job description

Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Ripon, WI
Type: Direct Hire

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring food safety and quality standards, managing production schedules, minimizing downtime, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of food manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards
  • Experience leading hourly production teams and managing production metrics
  • Willingness to work flexible day/night shifts, weekends, and extended hours during the seasonal harvest

Preferred: Experience in canning, packaging, beverage, dairy, or other high-speed food manufacturing environments, along with familiarity with SQF, BRCGS, FDA/USDA regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
