Production Associate | 1st Shift | Earn Up to $3/Hour in IncentivesJoin a Growing Team in Davenport

We're hiring Production Associates for our new Davenport facility. In this role, you'll help prepare copper tubing and other products for shipment to major retailers like Menards, Lowe's, and Home Depot.

What You'll Do
  • Pull and prepare customer orders for shipping
  • Move materials and products throughout the warehouse
  • Label and barcode products accurately
  • Bundle, wrap, and package tubing to prevent damage during shipment
  • Cut tubing and pipe to customer specifications
  • Load and unload trucks as needed
  • Prepare and organize outbound shipments
  • Separate and organize scrap materials
  • Use hand tools and equipment safely
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support different departments as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor is helpful
  • Comfortable working with hand tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
