Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Production Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Production Associate plays a critical role in our production process, working with the team to ensure efficient production, packaging, and quality control of products. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and values quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Line Operation: Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Assembly and Packaging: Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging to ensure all meet quality specifications, and promptly report any issues.
  • Inventory Management: Track and report inventory levels, materials used, and finished products to ensure accurate stock records.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment and promptly report maintenance needs to avoid production delays.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
