Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Document Mountain by Cornerstone is a leader in document management, dedicated to the core values of respect, responsibility, and resourcefulness. We seek a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team, ensuring the secure and efficient handling of client documents. This role is crucial for our daily operations, from on-site pickups to warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities

On-site Services: Perform secure document and shredding pickups from client locations and assist with on-site shredding events.

Production & Preparation: Assist with order receiving, logging, labeling, and packaging files for scanning and production.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

Warehouse Operations: Maintain overall warehouse organization and cleanliness while assisting with weekly and monthly inventory and record requests.

Team Collaboration: Work with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Previous warehouse or document handling experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
