Warehouse Team Member (Day Shift)

Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team in Victor, NY.

Whether you've worked in shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, distribution, or general warehouse operations, this could be the opportunity you're looking for. We're seeking dependable team members who understand the importance of accuracy, teamwork, and keeping products moving.

What You'll Do
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Utilize basic computer systems and email to support daily warehouse operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, distribution, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Experience with pick, pack, and ship processes is a plus.
  • Ability to safely operate battery-powered material handling equipment or willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
