Your responsibilities:
- Follow instructions (written or digital) precisely to accurately locate and pull inventory items from various warehouse shelves and floor locations.
- Use basic manual carts or hand trucks to safely move selected stock items to designated quality check or packing areas.
- Assist with keeping the inventory stock areas tidy and organized, which aids in efficient order selection for the entire team.
- Perform basic quality checks on items selected, ensuring product integrity before handing off to the next stage of the fulfillment process.
- Take direction well and adapt quickly to different picking methodologies and warehouse layouts as needed.
