What You'll Do

  • Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick sheets.
  • Build stable, well-organized pallets and properly wrap product.
  • Load delivery trucks while verifying product counts and accuracy.
  • Replenish inventory as directed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Follow all company safety procedures.

This is a fast-paced, physical position requiring frequent lifting of 50+ pounds throughout the shift.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse order-picking experience (REQUIRED).
  • Experience accurately picking customer orders in a warehouse environment is required.
  • Stable work history demonstrating reliability and long-term employment.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Shanker Beverage Company.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent attendance and dependability.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift.

This position is not an entry-level warehouse role. Applicants without at least two years of order-picking experience will not be considered.


Work Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday
  • Start Time: 12:00 PM
  • End Time: Varies
  • No weekends.
