Job SummaryThe Warehouse Carton Packer is responsible for verifying, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position ensures that all orders are accurate, securely packaged, and presented in a professional manner before shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.  Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Possible Overtime)Key ResponsibilitiesVerify picked orders against packing documentation to ensure accuracy. Inspect products for damage or discrepancies prior to packing. Pack products securely and attractively using appropriate packing materials Seal cartons and apply shipping labels accurately. Prepare packages for carrier pickup and outbound shipment or staging lanes for RF Fager shipments Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including staging and order preparation. Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred. Ability to read and follow packing slips and shipping documentation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred Physical Demands:The characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position. While performing duties of this job, would occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controls. Overtime may be necessary as workloads dictate. This may include weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.
