We're hiring a Warehouse Packing Crew Member to join the team that helps bring our events to life. You'll be responsible for preparing, organizing, and moving the equipment, décor, and supplies that power weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Pack and prepare event equipment, décor, and supplies based on packing lists and event timelines
  • Ensure all items are clean, complete, and ready for transport
  • Load and unload vehicles, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Restock returned items and maintain warehouse organization
  • Operate cargo vans and box trucks for deliveries and pickups (training provided)
  • Communicate with warehouse, operations, and event managers to meet event schedules
  • Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse upkeep
  • Work in a non-climate-controlled environment and adapt to last-minute changes

Position Type: Part-time (20 to 24 hours per week on average)
Reports to: Warehouse Production Manager
Position Overview
As a Warehouse Packing Crew Member, you'll help ensure every event is set up for success by preparing, organizing, and moving essential equipment and supplies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a physical, fast-paced environment, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in staying organized and detail-focused.
Your work behind the scenes plays a critical role in delivering a seamless client experience. Success in this role comes from being dependable, adaptable, and committed to getting the details right every time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pull, inspect, pack, load, and restock equipment and materials for events based on detailed packing lists and schedules
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality control of items including china, linens, flatware, décor, and furniture
  • Read and manage multiple packing documents, manuals, and programs as part of daily workflow
  • Communicate with warehouse leadership, operations team, and event managers to meet tight deadlines and event-specific needs
  • Participate in loading and unloading vehicles and storage areas, frequently lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
  • Adapt to changes and handle last-minute adjustments with flexibility while maintaining a solutions-focused mindset
  • Operate box trucks and cargo vans to support pickups, deliveries, and event logistics (training provided)
  • Maintain a strong understanding of warehouse layout and systems including loading docks, equipment zones, and linen areas to assist team members and visitors
  • Maintain a team-first approach by cross-training and stepping into laundry, dish, rental, and event departments during high-volume weeks to support overall warehouse operations
  • Adhere to and promote safety standards, keeping all areas of the warehouse safe and operational
  • Report damaged, missing, or incomplete inventory through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting protocols
  • Participate in quarterly inventory audits and assist with maintenance projects assigned by warehouse leadership
  • Work in varying weather conditions due to warehouse structure and open bay access
  • Offer feedback and ideas to improve warehouse systems, communication, and overall team operations
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, understanding that the warehouse and operations team directly impact event execution and client satisfaction
  • Represent the company with professionalism in both appearance and communication, especially when interacting with guests or onsite at events
