Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Department: Warehouse

The essential function is to deliver stoke to every customer by mastering the logistics of an array of duties, including receiving, processing stock, inventory control and storage, picking, filling orders, packing, and shipping. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for performing operational elements of the warehouse including, but not limited to unloading freight, accurate receiving, put-away, consolidation, labeling, organizing, picking, packing, shipping, loading, returns, retail fulfillment.
  • Contribute to keeping all workspaces, common areas, and outdoor premises clean and sanitary.
  • Ensure world-class inventory control and order fulfillment accuracy, assembly, and packaging.
  • Building skateboards and gripping skateboard decks with expert-level precision.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment for all employees by complying with all company and government safety standards, protocols, and procedures.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Other departmental projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of skateboard, snowboard, and lifestyle product knowledge preferred.
  • Relevant warehouse experience with an emphasis on inventory management and shipping is a plus

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, squat, reach, stand, sit, talk, move about, hear and speak.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40-70lbs at times with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work around elevated noise levels.
  • Ability to operate machinery and tools safely.
  • Ability to work in a partially climate-controlled warehouse environment.
  • Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust.
