Job description

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for picking, packing, shipping, and inventory handling while ensuring quality and accuracy at every step.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hands-on, and takes pride in maintaining organization, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
  • Verify order contents, quantities, and documentation
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and containers
  • Perform quality checks, including product testing and serial number tracking
  • Process returns in accordance with standard procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks – training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
  • Support training and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
