B Shift  -  Monday-Friday,  8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Job Description Snelling is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support the outbound shipping and order fulfillment operations of a well-established distribution company in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, packed properly, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner to support efficient daily warehouse operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pull customer orders accurately based on pick tickets or RF scanners
  • Pack and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
  • Verify order accuracy and quantities before shipment
  • Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas
  • Load outbound shipments onto trucks or pallets as needed
  • Label packages and prepare shipping documentation
  • Assist with inventory checks and report discrepancies when identified
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Experience with sitdown forklift, reach truck and cherry picker equipment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in order picking, packing, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
