Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse. This position works closely with production and other departments to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays or as business needs require.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy
  • Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Load and unload trucks safely
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if qualified)
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Use computers and warehouse software to complete transactions
  • Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
  • Assist other departments as needed to support business operations
Requirements:

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
