Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. From receiving products and organizing inventory to preparing orders for shipment, you’ll help ensure that every product makes its way to the right place at the right time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, staying organized, and working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Stocking: Unload incoming shipments, inspect products for accuracy and quality, and stock them in designated locations.
     
  • Order Picking and Packing: Retrieve items from storage and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
     
  • Online Order Fulfillment: Print pick lists, gather inventory from shelves, label packages, and prepare them for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
     
  • Shipping: Prepare and stage orders for shipment, load them onto trucks, and complete all necessary documentation.
     
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies promptly.
     
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (training provided).
