Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Romeoville, IL. This 1st shift Warehouse Picker/Packer role supports a busy distribution operation handling HVAC parts and service components.
This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or distribution experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy, productivity, and teamwork. The environment is fast-paced, organized, and team-focused, with supportive leadership and clear daily expectations. Candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to build long-term warehouse experience will be well positioned for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick HVAC parts and service components using RF scanners or pick tickets.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy before packing.
- Select proper cartons, packing materials, and dunnage to protect products during shipment.
- Label, seal, and stage completed orders for outbound shipping.
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and route materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe work area while following all site safety procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19 per hour.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Location: Romeoville, IL.
