We are seeking a Warehouse Manager, who is responsible for the execution of daily activities within the warehouse, including staffing, training, and scheduling of all warehouse associates / forklift operators. Maintain a safe work environment for all employees, including compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Responsible for daily decision making as it relates to team performance, efficiency, safety, quality, and customer thrill.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide hands-on supervision of warehouse staff to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
  • Plan daily workloads to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
  • Provide training and development to warehouse associates and operators; ensure employees are up to date and in compliance with policy training.
  • Monitor and enhance individual performance through clearly defined expectations, training and coaching to achieve desired results.
  • Generate ideas and implement changes in processes to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs, and improve employee engagement.
  • Completes the employee evaluation and performance management process.
  • Maintain efficient, accurate and orderly warehouse to sustain all cGMP and ISO Standards
  • Work with internal groups to service the customer and deliver branch metrics.
  • Serve as a role model for the employer and employee portion of the Berlin Values.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years warehouse experience providing leadership and direction to others
  • Demonstrated team leadership with ability to resolve conflict, and provide others with feedback, direction and skills development
  • High energy, positive attitude, and contributes to a positive team culture
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to analyze/solve problems and make decisions
  • Self-motivated; reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation
  • Strong computer skills
