Job description

Title : Warehouse Associate

Location: Cary, NC 27513

Pay & Schedule :

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM


Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will assist with packaging, assembly, kit building, material handling, and quality inspections in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in hand collating, final assembly, and kit-building activities related to packaging operations
  • Work under the supervision and direction of the Line Lead
  • Place materials in the correct sequence for production processes
  • Handle completed products and pack them onto pallets, carts, or cartons
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as manual shrink wrappers, box cutters, and cartoners
  • Enter time and material usage postings into the MIS system
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift


Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
