Job description

Job Summary

We are hiring dependable Warehouse Package Handlers for a fast-paced package distribution facility. This is a physically active position that involves unloading, sorting, and loading packages while working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Safely unload packages from trailers
  • Sort packages accurately by ZIP code and delivery area
  • Load packages onto trucks for delivery
  • Inspect packages and report any visible damage
  • Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures
  • Work with team members to complete daily package processing

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Comfortable working in hot or cold temperatures depending on the season
  • Ability to understand verbal and written safety instructions
  • Previous warehouse or package-handling experience is preferred but not required

Work Environment
