Job description

Job Title: Pick Module & Replenishment Supervisor

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Distribution

Location: Ellabell, GA

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Join us at our brand new, 500,000 square foot distribution center in the Savannah area (Ellabell, GA)!

About the Role: The Outbound Pick Module & Replenishment Supervisor is responsible for leading all case/each picking and forward pick replenishment activities to ensure continuous product availability, safe operations, and on-time order fulfillment. This role owns pick pace health, inventory flow from reserve to forward locations, and overall module throughput.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily picking operations across assigned zones within the pick module.
  • Drive productivity to meet or exceed cases-per-hour and lines-per-hour standards.
  • Own forward pick slot integrity and availability.
  • Oversee and prioritize replenishment tasks to prevent stock-outs and wave interruptions.
  • Monitor system-directed replenishment queues and adjust labor deployment in real time.
  • Coordinate with Receiving and Putaway to ensure reserve inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure timely execution of hot replenishments during active waves.
  • Partner with Inventory Control to resolve shorts, mis-picks, and location discrepancies.
  • Analyze pick density and velocity trends to anticipate replenishment demand.
  • Conduct daily audits of pick faces for capacity, labeling, and safety compliance.
  • Lead pre-shift huddles focused on KPIs, safety, replenishment strategy, and workload alignment.
  • Coach associates on proper replenishment sequencing and equipment safety (reach, swing reach, etc.).

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in warehouse packing or logistics operations
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience leading teams of 20 or more hourly associates
  • Strong safety mindset with proven experience enforcing safety protocols in receiving or warehouse operations.
  • Tier One WMS experience required; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
  • Experience in automated, fast-paced facilities.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic functions and calculations
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Strong organization and accuracy capabilities
  • Detail-oriented, and professional
