The Role:

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You'll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.

What You'll Do:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency • Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy • Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics • Communicate clearly with team members and leadership • Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies • Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging
