Job description

TITLE: Order Selector DIVISION: Warehouse

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt/Hourly

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.


PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.

• Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.

• Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.

• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.

• Other duties and special projects as requested.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler and dry.

· Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label)

· Work overtime as required.

· Work on your feet for 8-12 hours daily.

· Ability to frequently lift 15 - 55 pounds.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.

• Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred)

• Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred)
