TITLE: Warehouse Order Selector DIVISION: Warehouse

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt/Hourly

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.
  • Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.
  • Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
  • Other duties and special projects as requested.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler and dry.
  • Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label)
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Work on your feet for 8-12 hours daily.
  • Ability to frequently lift 15-55 pounds.
  • 6 months + experience Order Selecting in a warehouse environment.
  • A willingness to work overtime and weekends.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred)
  • Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred)

COMPETITIVE SALARY: $21.00/hr. starting

+Additional Premium Pay: Freezer $0.50/Hour

Forklift/Reach Truck $0.75/Hour

Nights $0.20/Hour

WORK SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday, 3:00PM - finish
