Job description

Are you looking for a long-term warehouse opportunity with a nationally recognized company? Albertsons (operating under the Shaw's Banner) perishable center in Methuen, MA is hiring Order Selectors to join its cold storage team.

As a Warehouse Order Selector, you'll play a key role in keeping stores stocked and communities supplied with essential products. In this fast-paced position, you'll use a voice-directed system and ride-on electric pallet jack to select, palletize, and prepare grocery and perishable items for shipment. This active role requires frequent lifting throughout the shift and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. 

This is a full-time opportunity with potential for permanent hire based on performance.
 
Warehouse Order Selector Responsibilities:
  • High-volume repetitive picking and order selection tasks
  • Select and pick grocery, frozen, and perishable products using a voice-directed picking system  
  • Accurately stack and organize products to ensure safe transportation
  • Build, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment to retail stores

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 
  • Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • Paid breaks 

Pay: $20.50 per hour 

Warehouse Order Selector Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated/cooler environment
  •  Safety shoes are required
