IMMEDIATELY HIRING Warehouse Order Selectors, Top Earners Make Up to $90K/Year Including Base, Overtime, and Incentive Pay.

Pay Rates: The starting pay rate is $22/hour for the day shift and $23/hour for the night shift.

After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for incentive pay up to $6/hour in additional compensation, healthcare benefits, and Paid Time Off.

D-Shift - Wednesday to Friday, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Saturday, 4:00 pm to 4:00 am

E-Shift - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm

F-Shift - Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, 6:00pm to 6:00am


Order Selector Job Duties

  • Safely operate stand-up Hi-Lo and/or Electric Pallet Jacks according to company and OSHA standards
  • Pull and palletize customer orders accurately and efficiently in the Distribution Cooler (cool 30° temperature-controlled warehouse) or Freezer (very cold 0° temperature-controlled warehouse)
  • Inventory management
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Deal with team members, customers, and the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the supervisor

Order Selector Preferred Qualifications

  • Industrial athlete! Able to lift 40-90 lb. boxes consistently throughout your shift
  • Experience and training to safely operate Hi-Lo or Pallet Jack
  • Experience in distribution or warehousing
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently
  • Energetic and respectful person with a positive attitude
  • Willing and able to work 40+ hours per week in a 0-degree or 28-degree temperature-controlled warehouse
  • Be in good health and pass a physical
  • Minimum 18 years of age
