Job Overview Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, shipping, and receiving of security equipment and supplies. This role focuses on efficient and safe operations, timely order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy, while coordinating with other branches to ensure inventory meets customer needs.

What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Ensure proper inventory management to minimize shortages or overstock.
  • Implement security protocols to protect warehouse assets.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and provide training on best practices.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline processes.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards.

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is $74,500 - $128,800. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus or commission in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
