Job description

Work Schedule: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (Midnight)
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Warehouse Team Lead with daily night-shift operations and lead frontline warehouse employees.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating daily night-shift warehouse operations.
  • Lead team members in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and inventory-counting activities.
  • Assign daily tasks based on workload and operational priorities.
  • Monitor work progress and quality to reduce shipping errors, missing items, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Train and support new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment use, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Identify and promptly report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, equipment problems, and safety concerns.
  • Assist with employee coordination, attendance monitoring, workflow management, and shift handoffs.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, cross-border logistics, or overseas warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Good understanding of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory procedures.
  • Previous experience leading frontline employees or a small warehouse team is preferred.
  • Experience using WMS, PDA/RF scanners, barcode scanners, or similar warehouse systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work the scheduled shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed.
