Everglory Products Corporation is a growing manufacturing company specializing in paper products. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse, Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping activities, and logistics coordination.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient shipment processing, and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and material flow
  • Maintain an organized warehouse environment and ensure proper storage of materials and finished goods
  • Coordinate receiving, storage, and inventory activities

Inventory Control

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Support inventory reporting and analysis

Shipping & Receiving

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and related paperwork
  • Communicate with freight carriers and logistics providers
  • Verify incoming shipments and maintain receiving records
  • Track shipments and assist in resolving shipping issues

ERP System Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or inventory management

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred
