Job description

Allstates WorldCargo is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Trade Show Exhibit Warehouse team. This position supports the day-to-day handling, assembly, storage, and management of trade show exhibits and related assets. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their skills and advance within the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with the warehouse asset management team to ensure exhibits and materials are properly handled, assembled, stored, and maintained.

Responsibilities include:

  • Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing trade show exhibits, equipment, and materials
  • Assisting with the assembly and disassembly of custom and portable modular trade show exhibits
  • Receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory of trade show exhibits and related assets
  • Operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Using computer systems to assist with inventory tracking and other warehouse functions
  • Preparing exhibits and materials for upcoming shipments and events
  • Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
  • Following established safety procedures and proper material-handling practices
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties and other responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with the assembly of custom and portable modular trade show exhibits is a plus
  • Experience with warehouse storage, inventory, or asset management is a plus
  • Fundamental computer skills
  • Forklift operation experience required
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to safely climb and work from a ladder
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work overtime and some Saturdays during the busy season
