About the Job
The Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by preparing rental equipment for upcoming events and returning products to the proper storage areas after use. This hands-on role helps ensure inventory is clean, organized, accurately counted, and ready for delivery. Working closely with Warehouse, Operations, and other departments, the Seasonal Warehouse Associate helps maintain a safe and efficient work environment while supporting the changing needs of the event schedule.
What You'll Do
  • Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and Bright policies
  • Complete assigned delivery, pickup, and transfer routes accurately and on time
  • Perform required vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns
  • Load and unload rental equipment while protecting products from loss or damage
  • Install and dismantle event equipment such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents, dishware, and custom pieces
  • Confirm equipment quantities and event details before leaving the warehouse and client site
  • Communicate with Dispatch regarding route progress, site conditions, delays, or changes
  • Provide professional and respectful service when working at client locations
  • Follow setup instructions, safety procedures, and proper equipment-handling practices
  • Maintain organized vehicles and return equipment, paperwork, and supplies to the appropriate areas
  • Support other deliveries, installations, pickups, or warehouse needs based on the event schedule

What You Bring Required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail when counting, sorting, and organizing inventory
  • Clear understanding of instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse processes
  • Dependable team mindset with the initiative to complete assigned work independently
  • Physical capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Availability to stand and walk for up to 8 to 10 hours
  • Willingness to frequently push, pull, bend, reach, squat, stoop, and carry equipment
  • Experience or comfort using carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
  • Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on seasonal needs

Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, moving, or event rentals
  • Familiarity with pulling, staging, and verifying outgoing orders
  • Knowledge of inventory counts, product inspections, or quality-control practices
  • Hands-on experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment
  • Exposure to tenting, Will Call, dishware, linen, or other event rental departments
  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
