Job description

Assists the off-premise operations team and warehouse team by acting as a truck and van driver for Proof of the Pudding. This position will work individually or in a small team to support the organization as a whole.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for both pre & post event set-up/break down responsibilities
  • Pulling equipment
  • Pulling decor
  • Begins shift earlier than the rest of the staff to pull all items needed for event
  • Gets team and product organized for rollout to venue floor and set-up
  • Loading and unloading of trucks
  • Fueling trucks/company owned vehicles
  • Supports off-site catered events by delivering any last-minute equipment needs
  • Cleaning & boxing equipment/flatware
  • Ensures that all items are accounted for and being delivered to the correct location within the correct time frame.
  • Assists warehouse team with equipment & inventory control.
  • Responsible for safely driving company owned trucks and vans.
  • Must consent to and pass a driving history background check to be considered.

Required Specialized Skills:
All applicants MUST have a valid Georgia driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator
  • Must have schedule flexibility. Shift hours vary by position and season with hours falling mainly between 8:00am-8:00pm
  • Must have a reliable method of transportation to work
  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Must have ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs
  • Must have ability to move 150 lb rolling racks
  • Must be extremely hardworking and organized
  • Must be proactive and hands-on

Preferred Specialized Skills
  • Knowledge of Downtown Atlanta Streets is a plus
  • Experience driving 16ft box trucks is a plus
