What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations

  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks while following all safety procedures.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and report damaged products or inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform product labeling, stock transfers, and inventory rotation.
  • Maintain clean aisles, storage areas, and loading docks.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to support efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related experience.
  • Valid Forklift Certification required.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Physically capable of performing repetitive warehouse duties.
  • HVAC distribution or technical product experience is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently under pressure.

Work Schedule
