Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and lead our warehouse department operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and smooth operations, maintaining a safe working environment, and meeting operational targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead and Supervise:ย ย  Manage daily department operations, including ascertaining all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Team Coordination:ย ย ย  Assist in organizing and directing the activities of the team to ensure tasks are completed. ย Support a positive and productive work environment.

Operational Efficiency:ย ย  Monitor workflow, manage resources, and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Safety Compliance:ย ย ย  Secure team adherence to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Problem Solving:ย Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions with an analytical approach.

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

  • Minimum 5 yearsโ€™ experience in a supervisory position a must
