Job Title:

Warehouse Supervisor, Belgrade MT


Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor at Mesa Moving and Storage, Belgrade MT oversees loading, unloading, and warehouse organization. This role ensures efficient operations, effective communication with management, customer service, billing department, and maintains inventory per company and client expectations.


Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, and inventory control.

Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring safety and security standards are met.

Communicate with designated management regarding issues and workflow.

Perform Warehouse Supervisor functions while working with Customer Service and Local Operations/Dispatch.

Perform 100% of the expectations when it comes to the Extensiv 3PL and the MoversSuite systems.

Evaluate productivity and performance of warehouse staff to ensure successful completion of services.

Ensure that all service level agreements and measurables for company and clients are achieved.

Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness.

Report Warehouse capacity levels weekly.

Complete Monthly Safety and Equipment Reports.

Due to the dynamic nature of warehouse operations, supervisors might be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.

All other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a warehouse environment.

Basic math and inventory management skills.

Valid Drivers License.

Forklift Certification required (in-house training provided).

Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.


Physical Requirements:

Regularly lift 40+ pounds.

The ability to stay on your feet for 4+ hours at a time.

Able to crouch, twist, and reach overhead.

Mobility to climb and descend ladders and operate a forklift.

Sufficient hearing and speaking to give and receive instructions, and vision sufficient to observe work areas, operate a forklift, and read fine print.


Work Environment:

The job is primarily set in a warehouse environment, which can include indoor and outdoor duties.

Varying temperatures, including potential exposure to extreme cold and hot conditions.
