Role Description The Warehouse Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Chicago, IL facility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping truck parts and equipment. The Warehouse Manager monitors inventory accuracy, manages stock levels, and ensures proper documentation and labeling of all materials. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, training team members on safety and operational procedures, and coordinating with procurement, sales, and logistics to meet order and delivery timelines. The Warehouse Manager also maintains a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, operates or oversees forklift use and other material handling equipment, and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Demonstrated skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
