Job description

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead our team in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel management, space planning, inventory control, logistics, and transportation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
  • Plan and optimize warehouse layout, ensuring efficient use of space and workflow
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Develop and implement logistics and transportation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Analyze and improve warehouse operations, including productivity, quality, and safety
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and technology
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 11 years of warehouse experience in the Flooring Industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
