Job description

Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, equipment management, receiving and distribution of materials, and ensuring efficient workflow to support facility maintenance projects. This role ensures accuracy, organization, safety compliance, and timely availability of materials needed for field operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits
  • Ensure proper organization, labeling, and storage of all materials
  • Coordinate material deliveries and pickups for field technicians and vendors
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests to avoid shortages
  • Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, quality, and damage
  • Enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance within the warehouse
  • Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity standards are met
  • Maintain equipment logs, tool tracking, and asset management systems
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to forecast supply needs
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications
