Product Analyst – SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM)
Job at a Glance

  • Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL (M-Th onsite; F remote)
  • Contract: 12 months initial with potential for extension of up to 22 months or conversion to full time
  • Pay: $70.00-$75.00/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
 
Overview
Our Client is seeking a Product Analyst to support the optimization and modernization of warehouse management systems and warehouse operations, with a focus on SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM) and SAP Stock Room Management. This role partners closely with warehouse operations, product teams, and technical stakeholders to map processes, gather requirements, develop user stories, support testing, and drive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Document current-state warehouse operations and define future-state workflows.
  • Gather and translate warehouse business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Develop acceptance criteria and support backlog refinement activities.
  • Facilitate process-mapping and stakeholder workshops.
  • Support SAP WM and warehouse system enhancement initiatives.
  • Partner with technical teams throughout development, testing, UAT, and implementation.
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.
  • Support user adoption, training, and change management efforts.
 
Required Skills
  • Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center operations.
  • Strong understanding of receiving, put-away, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements.
  • Process mapping experience including current-state and future-state workflows.
  • Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience supporting testing, UAT, and validation activities.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree required.
 
Preferred Skills
  • SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM) experience.
  • SAP Stock Room Management experience.
  • Experience supporting SAP-based warehouse and inventory processes.
  • WMS implementations, enhancements, migrations, or modernization projects.
