Job description

About Jetson

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.

Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.

We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking two professional, results-driven Warehouse Coordinators for our rapidly growing HVAC & electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. (AM Shift 6:00am - 3:00pm / PM Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm). These are hands-on, floor-based positions. You'll work directly alongside the Warehouse Manager receiving, kitting, picking, staging, palletizing, and loading heat pump system parts and materials every day — this is not a desk, analyst, or data/reporting role.

Our ideal candidates are organized, dependable, safety-conscious, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities according to daily workload demands. These positions play a critical role in ensuring field installation and service teams receive the correct materials accurately and on time.

What You Will Do
  • Receive and process returned materials from trucks and field teams.
  • Receive purchase orders and verify incoming materials against documentation and system records.
  • Unload, inspect, organize, and put away incoming materials.
  • Pick, stage, kit, palletize, and load outbound materials for service and installation teams.
  • Assemble accurate material kits based on installation and service requirements.
  • Stage kits according to daily schedules, project timelines, and operational priorities.
  • Inspect incoming, returned, and outbound materials to ensure they meet established quality control expectations.
  • Identify and communicate shortages, overages, damaged materials, discrepancies, or other inventory issues.
  • Perform inventory adjustments, reconciliation, cycle counts, and other inventory control activities as needed.
  • Enter and maintain accurate transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including receiving, inventory adjustments, transfers, material usage, returns, and reconciliation.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of warehouse management system processes related to receiving, inventory control, picking, material handling, palletization, and loading.
  • Support timely inventory replenishment and help minimize material shortages and job-site disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment, safely and in accordance with company requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Prioritize and manage daily tasks according to workload demands and changing operational requirements.
  • Execute daily warehouse responsibilities independently and with limited supervision.
  • Effectively multitask while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail.
  • Follow established warehouse procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse, supply chain, operations, and field teams regarding material requirements and inventory issues.
  • Assist with process improvements and other warehouse initiatives as directed by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent warehouse experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material-handling experience; HVAC, electrical, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and safely handle, lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems, including receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, picking, transfers, and material handling
  • NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy and quality control.
  • Ability to manage workload demands, multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and execute daily warehouse tasks independently.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow established safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Comfortable working in various climate conditions and warehouse environments.
  • Dependable, accountable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Benefits:

  • Dental Care, Vision Care & Life Insurance premiums fully paid by Jetson

  • Education Support
