Job Description

As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on production equipment such as aerosol filling machines, conveyors, mixers, and packaging systems. You will conduct preventive maintenance inspections, lubrication, and adjustments according to established schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performance. Additionally, you will diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify the root cause of problems, and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Prompt responses to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions are essential, where you will troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. You will utilize a variety of tools, diagnostic equipment, and techniques to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of equipment issues. You will also assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper integration and functionality within the production line.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including aerosol filling machines, conveyors, mixers, and packaging systems.
