Overview:


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations across our warehouse, transportation, and on-site project activities. This role is essential to keeping materials organized, deliveries on schedule, and field teams fully supported. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and efficient storage of materials and equipment.
  • Manage inventory, including tracking, labeling, and preparing materials for moving and logistics projects.
  • Coordinate and execute the pickup and delivery of materials to support ongoing projects.
  • Monitor and maintain company vehicles (trucks and vans), including usage, fuel levels, registration, and overall condition.
  • Ensure vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational through regular inspections and scheduled maintenance.
  • Respond to vehicle-related issues and coordinate timely repairs or replacements.
  • Pick up and distribute correspondence between office locations.
  • Handle outgoing shipments, including preparing and processing deliveries through carriers such as FedEx.
  • Support and guide on-site logistics teams during moving and project operations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor team performance, provide direction, and ensure service quality.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating logistics services for project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures across all activities.
