Job description

Warehouse Logistics Supervisor

As the Warehouse Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including inventory control, personnel management, and the implementation of streamlined processes. You will work closely with our consulting teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of inventory
  • Manage and train a team of warehouse associates to maintain high productivity and morale
  • Implement and monitor inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the consulting teams to anticipate and meet their logistical needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient workflows
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in inventory management software and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field

Working Conditions:

This is a temporary position with a start date of May 25, 2026. The work environment is a warehouse setting, with regular exposure to physical demands such as lifting, standing, and operating equipment. A flexible schedule, including occasional weekend or evening work, may be required to meet the needs of our clients.
