Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Associates IMMEDIATELY! Day and night shifts are available, with overtime opportunities. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to work in one of the most physically demanding areas of the facility. In this role, you will load and unload materials, cut products to customer specifications, pick and stage orders, and perform general material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform strenuous physical labor throughout the shift while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
  • Lift, carry, move, and stack heavy materials across the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Operate cutting equipment to process materials according to work orders and customer specifications.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and other tools as required.
  • Verify product quantities against work orders and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy before shipment.
  • Inspect materials and products for quality issues or damage and report any discrepancies promptly.
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, including unloading inbound materials and preparing outbound shipments.
  • Use forklifts and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized to do so.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times.
  • Adhere to work instructions and read work orders accurately to complete tasks correctly.
  • Demonstrate consistent, dependable attendance and punctuality to support team and operational needs.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet production and shipping deadlines.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, loading, material handling, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing environment preferred.
