Warehouse And Delivery Operator

The Warehouse and Delivery Operator Position performs all the activities necessary to handle incoming products from our vendor partners along with coordinating and assisting in the loading and unloading of products. In addition this position will be responsible for delivering products as needed. The position requires the ability to handle large and bulky items as an individual or with assistance as and when necessary. The Delivery Warehouse Support Position must work in the safest possible manner, following all OSHA guidelines, and Centrica Business Solutions processes, procedures, and practices.

Our AC Installer contributes to the team by:

  • Maintaining the warehouse, loading dock, and exterior area in a neat and orderly manner to ensure materials are available in support of project operations.
  • Unloading vendor deliveries with caution and care, verification of bill of lading for accurate receiving.
  • Managing product placement and stacking within our warehouse areas.
  • Conducting inventories with team as necessary.
  • Inspecting product upon receipt and prior to delivery and taking appropriate measures to ensure product is not damaged during delivery to jobsites.
  • Preparing appropriate paperwork prior to deliveries, including recording of serial numbers for inventory control.

The core components needed to be successful in this role are (i.e. must haves):

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a routine and reoccurring basis throughout the day
  • Ability to drive a full-size pickup truck and trailer
  • Active Driver's License (Class A preferred) and clean driving record
  • Email and basic Microsoft Office ability
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

This is not your average 9am – 5pm position. If you are someone who enjoys traveling and seeing new places this job is for you! Our Warehouse and Delivery Operator will be traveling from the warehouse to jobsites 2-6 hours round trip 3 days per week (less than 25% overnight travel).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $23.00-$27.00/hr + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
