Loader/Unloader
Location: Miami, FL 33018
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturday work based on business needs. Flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with shifts ending between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM or later. Overtime may be required as needed.
Type of Contract: Temp-to-Perm | ASAP Start

Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader/Unloader for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity in Miami, FL. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is comfortable in a physically demanding warehouse environment, and is interested in a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
The Warehouse Associate will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including pulling and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, handling materials, performing product inspections, and assisting with special projects. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to perform a variety of warehouse-related responsibilities as business needs change.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Pull and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload containers and trailers.
  • Assist with offloading large items in the truck yard.
  • Perform product inspections and help identify potential issues.
  • Complete rework assignments and special warehouse projects as requested.
  • Move, organize, and handle warehouse materials and products.
  • Use RF handheld scanning equipment when required; previous experience is a plus but is not required initially.
  • Maintain clear communication and collaborate effectively with warehouse team members.
  • Follow instructions and established workplace procedures.
  • Remain flexible to support different warehouse functions and changing operational needs.
  • Perform other reasonable warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
  • Ability to meet requirements necessary to be assigned a STA number by TSA.
  • Ability to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 75 pounds, as needed.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, load, and unload materials for extended periods.
  • Steel-toed shoes are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying start and end times based on business activity.
  • Availability for overtime and occasional Saturday work when required.
  • Interest in a long-term employment opportunity.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English is a plus.
