Batch Worker / General Warehouse Associate (Stand-Up Forklift)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Batch Worker / General Warehouse Associate with at least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience. This position is responsible for accurately batching ingredients, operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. Candidates must have a strong work history, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply, but English-only candidates are also welcome.
Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure, weigh, and batch ingredients according to production specifications.
  • Operate a stand-up forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
  • Load, unload, and stage materials for production and shipping.
  • Verify product quantities and labels for accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company safety procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including picking, packing, stocking, and material handling.
  • Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stable work history with reliable attendance.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
