Job description

Job Overview

Service Champions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Field Operations in either Colton or Murrieta and ensure efficient warehouse operations. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks, inspecting products for quality and accuracy
  • Process and prepare orders, including pulling materials, packing, and staging for delivery
  • Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and reconciliation of invoices
  • Operate forklifts and company vehicles as needed
  • Stage equipment for installations and deliver parts to job sites
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain supply levels and resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Assist with general warehouse upkeep, including facility maintenance
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of warehouse experience (HVAC knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, teammates, and internal departments
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
